Frequently asked questions
Are you a care agency?
No. We do not provide personal care (washing, dressing, or administering medicine). We are a safety and concierge service designed to support independent living. If your parent needs medical care, we can work alongside their existing carers.
Do you use cameras?
Never. We value privacy above all else. We use motion sensors (which look like small white boxes) and smart plugs. We know that someone is moving, not what they are doing.
What if the internet goes down?
Our hubs come with a backup SIM card (4G), so we stay connected even if the home Wi-Fi fails.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. It is a rolling monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
