Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 2026

In plain English: our website uses a few cookies that it needs in order to work. With your permission, our website platform also uses analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies. The Kelva app does not use cookies at all.

1. About this policy

This policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on www.kelva.co.uk. The website is run by Kelva, a trading name of PrestonTrade Ltd ("Kelva", "we", "us", "our"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your phone, tablet or computer. They let the site remember things between pages and visits, such as the choices you have made. "Similar technologies", such as local storage in your browser, do the same job, and this policy covers those too.

3. The cookies we use

Type What it does Who sets it Needs your consent?

Strictly necessary Makes the website work and keeps it secure, and remembers the choice you made on the cookie banner. Hostinger, the platform our website is built on No — the site cannot work properly without these

Advertising We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. — —

If we add any new kind of cookie in future — for example to measure how well our own marketing works — we will update this page first and ask for your consent before it is used.

4. Your choices

The cookie banner: when you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept or decline analytics cookies. If you decline, only strictly necessary cookies are used and the site works in the same way.

Changing your mind: clear the cookies for www.kelva.co.uk in your browser. The banner will appear again on your next visit and you can choose again.

Your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site may not work.

5. Links to other websites

Our website links to our pages on social media. Those sites set their own cookies when you visit them, under their own policies. We do not control them.

6. Contact forms

What you send us through a form on our website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. The Kelva app

The Kelva mobile app does not use cookies and contains no advertising or tracking. It keeps a small amount of information on your phone so that you stay signed in and can receive notifications. This is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this page whenever the cookies on our website change. The date at the top always shows the latest revision.
